Chrono Trigger: Prophet’s Guile is a wonderful well-made ROM hack for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Super NES). The game follows the same story as the original Chrono Trigger but features a different perspective, as the game follows the story of Magus who was sent back to Zea due to Chrono’s actions. The game is pretty different as you won’t get any gold from battles and you can’t buy any item from shops because you are the bad guy. Play the role of “prophet” and try to undo the day when reality was destroyed by Lavos.
