Ninja Gaiden II – The Dark Sword of Chaos (also called Legend of the Ninja Dragon Sword II: The Demonic Sword of Darkness) is a 1990 hack and slash action platformer game and is the sequel to the popular Ninja Gaiden game, and the second title to the trilogy. The game setting takes place one year after the events of the first title. In this game, an evil emperor named Ashtar deviced a plan to rule over the world through the darkness with the help of a cursed sword called Dark Sword of Chaos.
